FRAUD ALERT!!!

OCFS continues to receive reports of programs being contacted by individuals that are falsely representing themselves as employees of the Office of Children and Family Services and/or the Department of Health. The individual may ask for sensitive information- including Social Security Number.  

We want to remind you to Please NOT share your personal information with anyone other than your licensor or registrar.
