It is important to your business that we have the most relevant, up-to-date information in regard to your child care program. The provider information our Parent Referral Specialists distribute to parents and guardians is often the first contact they have with you.

You can also do this by emailing parenthelp@childcaresolutionscny.org to receive a direct link to your profile, or by calling our Parent Services team at (315) 446-1220 Ext. 303, Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm to update your program's profile over the phone.
