Child Care Solutions is a Child Care Resource and Referral Agency. Established in 1975, Child Care Solutions is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing information and resources to parents, providers, employers, and community leaders in Onondaga and Cayuga Counties (NY) who are seeking solutions to their child care needs. We believe that high-quality child care is a vital community resource that supports families, enhances economic productivity, and nurtures children’s growth.
How Do We Support Our Community?
Today, we actively sustain this essential economic infrastructure by connecting families with free, trusted child care referrals and providing robust professional development and technical assistance to early childhood education professionals. By guiding aspiring entrepreneurs through the process of launching new child care programs, we work to expand local care capacity, strengthen the workforce, and ensure every child in Central New York has access to a safe, nurturing learning environment.
