Parent Services Specialist

Infant & Early Childhood Mental Health Specialist
As an Infant & Early Childhood Mental Health Consultant (IECMHC), you will partner with caregivers and educators to support the social-emotional development of children ages birth to 5. Working alongside NYS OCFS and the Early Care and Learning Council, you will provide coaching, assessments, and collaborative problem-solving to reduce behavioral challenges, prevent preschool expulsions, and strengthen the overall early education culture.

Professional Development Specialist
Job Description: Design and implement educational and consulting programs for child care providers, other early childhood professionals and school-age professionals with the goal of enhancing the quantity and quality early care and education available throughout the Central New York region. Write curricula; develop training materials; teach classes at our offices and community sites; provide one-to-one technical assistance and consultation; and evaluate and improve delivery of these services.
