Job Description: Responsible for creating educational activities to stimulate the children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social growth. This includes ensuring children's safety, keeping parents updated on child's progress and maintaining teaching resources. Develop a daily plan; work with children in small groups and one-on-one. Be able to lift children for diapering and assist as they learn to use the toilet. Ideal candidate is patient and has a passion for early childhood education.
Educational Requirements: Associate Degree in ECD and one year experience caring for infants & toddlers OR inf/tod Child Care Education Credential or CDA OR Child Development Associate Credential and 2 years experience caring for infants & toddlers OR nine college credits in Early Childhood Dev with a plan of study and 2 years experience.
