We provide licensed, quality, care and programming for children in grades K-6. BASCOL is currently looking for teachers for this School Year! We are hiring for various locations and hours.
Under the direction of the Site Director or Lead Teacher implement daily programming activities for enrolled students and assist in the efficient daily operation of assigned site. Directly supervise the children engaged in BASCOL programs. Teacher’s average 15-25 hours a week and shifts are approximately from 6:30am-9:00am and 3:00pm-6:00pm
Educational Requirements: A high school diploma. Experience working directly with school age children.

Job Title: Site Director
Job Description: BASCOL is currently hiring for Floating Site Directors for various locations. Schedule is Monday through Friday, before and after school hours approx. 6:15am to 9:00am and then 2:30pm to 6:00pm. Position is flexible can work only after school program or morning hours. Some office hours may be required at the BASCOL Administrative Office in Liverpool. Total hours average depend on part time or full time hours. Weekends Off!
Summary: Direct and manage the day-to-day operations of a school aged child care program in a school based or comparable setting. Interface with parents, school officials, and Program Managers to create and implement age appropriate programs and activities to meet the goals of BASCOL, enrolled children, parents and school officials. Ensure that all reporting, record keeping and state licensing regulations are maintained for assigned location. Site Directors average 30-35 hours a week and shifts are approximately from 6:15am-9:00am & 3:00pm-6:00pm.
Educational Requirements: Two years experience working directly with school age children. One or more years experience in a supervisory capacity. Associates degree in a child related field or a minimum of 18 college credit hours completed in a child related field. Medical Administration Training (MAT) certified and CPR and First Aid certified
