While there is a particularly high demand for infant and toddler care, quality options for children of all ages are vital to our community.
Since New York State requires official licensing or registration for programs serving three or more children, Child Care Solutions is here to simplify that process for you. Our expert team provides the free guidance, resources, and professional development you need to meet state standards and open your doors with confidence.

Becoming an In-Home Child Care Professional
Getting Started
Your journey begins with the OCFS Child Day Care Orientation. Once you have completed the required orientation video, you will receive a link to your application via email within 24 hours.
Please know that you don't have to navigate this process alone. Our team at Child Care Solutions is here to support you every step of the way—free of charge. Whether you have questions or would like guidance on your application, our Registrars are happy to help. You can reach us by phone at (315) 446-1220 (ext. 208) or schedule an appointment to review your application in person at one of our locations. We look forward to assisting you in your new venture!
To begin the orientation, you will need to create a personal account. Please choose a username and password that you can easily remember, as you will use these login credentials throughout the application process.
