The Empire State Family Child Care Collaborative is providing essential resources to early childhood programs, specifically offering personalized business training and practical tools like the Child Care Management Software (CCMS). The CCMS is a valuable platform designed to help programs transition from cumbersome paper-based processes to simple, easy-to-use online systems. This transition is achieved by automating many everyday administrative tasks, including enrollment, managing waitlists, tracking attendance, billing, maintaining staff records, and ensuring effective communication for staying connected with families.
