 The Empire State Family Child Care Collaborative supports licensed family and group family day care providers with personalized business tools, coaching and referrals—all at no cost to you.

Program Benefits

As a member of the Empire State Family Child Care Collaborative, you will receive a range of benefits and services designed to help you run a successful, sustainable child care business. These include: 

  • Access to health insurance navigator and telemedicine services.

  • Individual consultations with a financial planner.  

  • Concierge Child Care Resource Center (CCRC) services, including CACFP reporting and child care referrals. 

  • Individual and group business coaching and training. 

  • A free one-year license to a Child Care Management (CCMS) system. 

  • Tools to automate operations, save time and improve financial health.

With coaching, training, and automation, we will work together to help you: 

  • Achieve and maintain full enrolment. 

  • Receive full and timely payments. 

  • Lower your business expenses.

Use of Child Care Management System (CCMS)

  • To strengthen your business operations and support data-driven decision-making, you agree to use the CCMS to: 

  •  Enroll and manage family and child records. 

- Maintain and manage a waitlist. 

  • Communicate with families. 

  • Track child attendance. 

  • Schedule and track staff hours, if applicable. 

  • Generate invoices and track payments. 

  • Review financial and operation reports.
