This class is a BLENDED CPR course in AUBURN
This blended learning course combines the flexibility of online learning with hands-on, in-person skills practice. Participants will first complete the American Red Cross online training at their own pace, learning to recognize and respond to first aid emergencies such as burns, cuts, scrapes, sudden illnesses, heat- and cold-related emergencies, as well as breathing and cardiac emergencies involving adults, children, and infants. After successfully completing the online portion, participants will attend an in-person skills session to practice and demonstrate the required techniques with a certified American Red Cross Instructor. Participants who successfully complete both the online learning and in-person skills assessment will receive an American Red Cross Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED certification, valid for two years.
