This training gives participants the opportunity to address OCFS Regulations using “real life” scenarios that will be reviewed, discussed, and addressed using specific OCFS Regulation criteria.

Instructions for this course: You must have a working computer with Wi Fi connection; camera, microphone and speaker available. Once you have paid for the training you will receive a link to your email account that will give you access to enter this class. You may have to download the ZOOM program but it is easy and your instructor can help you as well.
