This training provides daycare providers with a clear, practical understanding of the Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS) regulations related to required forms for children with special health care needs. Participants will learn how to identify which forms are needed, how to complete them accurately, and how to maintain compliance with OCFS guidelines. The session will walk through common scenarios, documentation best practices, and communication strategies for collaborating with families and health care professionals.
