10: (ACEs) Adverse Childhood Experiences

Participants will learn the signs of Caregiver burnout which can arise from caring for others. These signs could include physical, emotional, and spiritual distress. Having knowledge of caregiver burnout, the signs to look for, and methods to combat these symptoms will guide participants to a healthier, more balanced lifestyle.
