Child Care Solutions employees and Board of Directors firmly stand against racism and white supremacy. We condemn the killings of George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery, Breonna Taylor and far too many other victims of racist violence. We stand in solidarity with all Black and Brown people and those who strive to build a future free from racism. We pledge to listen, learn, and continue to actively support anti-racists behaviors, policies and acts in our own organization and community.
As a multi-cultural childcare resource and referral agency our mission is building excellence in the early care and learning system while advancing equal access for all children in our community. We envision that every child is cared for in a high quality, safe and nurturing environment that cultivates healthy development, early learning, and joy. We believe that early care and education has the potential, and the responsibility, to start children on the path toward a future that is just and equitable for all.
We will continue to promote children’s experiences in high quality early care and learning settings that are founded on diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice. Likewise, we will continue to condemn unjust practices that disproportionately impact Black and Brown children such as expulsion and suspension from childcare.

A core value which guides the way we do our work and carry out our mission is to appreciate the diversity of our community’s families and childcare providers and respect their knowledge, experiences, and choices.

We are committed to examining our own work and actions, and to increasing transparency, communication, equity, and inclusion in all our policies and practices.
