Child Abuse and Maltreatment: Making the Call

This training will use scenarios to allow participants to listen to and practice making a call to the child abuse hotline.  Participants will reflect on what indicators of abuse and or neglect are present, what information needs to be gathered prior to making the call, the requirements for making a report, and the role of a mandated reporter.
