Child Abuse, Maltreatment & Neglect with Shaken Baby Syndrome

Training covers the components of child abuse and maltreatment / neglect required by OCFS.  Participants will learn how to recognize and report suspected cases.  We will review scenarios to determine whether there is suspected abuse or neglect indicators.
