Health and Safety Training: Competencies for Becoming a Family or Group Family Day Care Provider
ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENTS: These courses are now managed through PDP but conducted at Child Care Solutions.
Step 1: You must first register by going to: https://www.ecetp.pdp.albany.edu and creating an account. If you already have an account you will use that information.
Step 2: You must then go to: https://www.ecetp.pdp.albany.edu/findtraining.aspx and find the training date that fits your schedule and register.
Step 3: You must then contact us to make payment after you have registered on PDP. Call us at 315-446-1220 Ext 0.
Before you sign up for this course make sure you have submitted your application to become a provider, have scheduled an appointment for your fingerprinting of household members over 18, have submitted the State Central Register for household members over 18 and had your pre-inspection done or at least have a scheduled date for that.
This is also an excellent course as a refresher for already Registered / Licensed providers and assistants covering all categories except 1 & 3 and giving you 15 hours of training.
