Regulating Emotions

Emotions can cause many types of behaviors and feelings for children that they don't always know how to handle. In this session we'll discuss the different ways that you can teach children how to identify emotions and how to appropriately address various feelings. This session will offer make and take activities to bring back to your program as well as covering various children's book to use to teach about emotions.
