This training focuses on building resilency in adults.  Even though we may not feel like it sometimes, we all possess the power within ourselves to harness our protective factors to aid us in bouncing back!  This thought-provoking training consists of a personal assessment for you to complete as well as a guide through the assessment drawing out your strengths.  Not only will you walk away feeling like you can conque the world, you will have fun while doing it!
