Making Families Feel Welcome

During this two-hour evening session, participants will assess and discuss their practices for making families feel welcome in their setting.  This training will cover topics such as ensuring the physical environment reflects the children and families you work with, strategies to build relationships with children and families right from the beginning and commmunication techniques you can use with families.
