Food and Other Allergies: Reactions, Preventions, Policies

This training offers an in-depth look at the pathophysiology of an allergic reaction, and discusses symptoms associated with an allergic reaction and anaphylaxis as well as preventive measures that should be taken in the education setting, including program policy considerations.
