Combating Compassion Fatigue - Round Table Discussion

Join us for this "roundtable discussion" workshop where you and your peers will learn the signs of compassion fatigue which can arise from caring for others, including physical, emotional, and spiritual symptoms. Having knowledge of compassion fatigue, knowing the signs to look for, and methods for combatting these symptoms can guide caregivers to a healthier, more balanced lifestyle. This peer-generated discussion will be a great opportunity to hear from others and to share ways in which we can all stay healthy and be our best when caregiving others.
