Positive Behavior Guidance

In this training, participants will gain positive strategies for reducing the likelihood of challenging behaviors in their school-age programs such as creating a nurturing relationship with children and providing a predictable routine. Participants will also discuss strategies to manage challenging behaviors once they have occurred as well as reviewing the OCFS Regulations section on behavior management.
