I'm Having a Bad Day

We all have bad days. The children we care for can have bad days. What can we do when children are having an off day? Participants will discuss strategies to encourage positive social and emotional development in children. Participants will also discuss how to communicate"bad day" information to families in a positive and constructive manner.
