Over the Phone: Our Parent Services team is available at (315) 446-1220 ext. 303, Monday – Friday from 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM to update your program’s profile over the phone. Recommended if your program has made significant changes.
Online Provider Services: You can also update your program’s profile by creating an account for Online Provider Services and signing into our referral database to submit updates. Unfortunately, at this time new accounts for Online Provider Services cannot be created through the website. To register for an account call (315) 446-1220 ext. 303 and ask to speak with Michelle Wolstenholme, Coordinator of Parent Services. She will assist you in creating an account.
