Communicating as a Team

When you work as part of a team in an early childhood setting caring for children there are many resonsibilities.  Maintaining open and effective communication with your team members is critical in maintaining the health and safety of the children in your care.  In this session we'll cover how to establish habits to ensure you and your colleagues are communicating in an effective manner as well as tools you can use in your program to promote communication as a top priority.
