This training has been designed to help you understand the NYS OCFS Regulations regarding discipline.  You'll have the opportunity to dissect and discuss the regulatory requirements for behavior management, how to use discipline in a developmentally approipriate manner in child care programs, as well as the difference between the use of physical intervention and physical restraint.
