Toddler Yoga

Get your toddlers moving with toddler yoga!  This training will provide developmentally appropariate, simple mvoes to take back to your program.  Learn techniques to help children relax and calm themselves.  Incorporate moves that improve flexibility, strength, coordination and body awareness.  Practicing yoga with the children in your care can be done throughout all of the seasons and is easy to incorporate into your day.
