This training will guide participants as they review and discuss the many aspects of building and implementing a successful business plan for their early childhood program. Using the IBM Small Business Toolkit, participants will cover areas such as community awareness and needs, demographics, costs for start up, creating a mission statement and tag line, and looking at the various ways to market their programs.
