Understanding Tempermant Is Essential When Working With Young Children
We have all heard the saying, "No two children are exactly the same." As people who work with children, we know that this is absolutely true. One reason for this is that each child has a unique temperament. Temperament is not the same thing as temper, and it’s not the same thing as personality. It is inborn and based on nine specific traits. In this course you will learn the nine traits and understand individual tempermants of children of all ages – infants, toddlers, preschoolers and school-agers as well as your own. Learn how to effectively interact and respond based on tempermant.
